We are beyond stoked to introduce you all to the brand new KingsLeaf Social Club Systems!
KingsLeaf Social Club Systems is a Software as a Service, or SaaS, provided to Social Clubs by KingsLeaf Holdings (Pty) Ltd.
KingsLeaf Social Club Systems has been developed specifically for Members and Social Clubs that believe in providing safe spaces for adults in South Africa to enjoy their Constitutional Right to have and use only the best quality cannabis in private.
New features
The new KingsLeaf Social Club Systems boasts a bunch of new features to ensure only the highest quality experience for Social Clubs and their Members, in-person and online.
Website
Our new website hosts a bunch of important information for the public. We cover topics ranging from Harm Reduction and Safe Use to the Policy & Legal landscape of dagga in South Africa, and everything in between. Be sure to have a look at KingsLeaf News, The Important Stuff, and FAQ to see what’s up.
Our public website is a great way to share info with your family, colleagues, and community about our Constitutional Rights to have and use cannabis in private spaces like Social Clubs.
Member profiles
All Members at Social Clubs using KingsLeaf Social Club Systems now have their own Member Profiles. You can access some dope info about all things dagga, stay up-to-date about what’s happening and available, and update your preferences easily.
As a Member, you can check your Member Status - ACTIVE / INACTIVE - and when your next Membership Fees are due.
REMEMBER: You can pay your Membership Fees in-person at your Social Club Reception. Cash and Card payments are welcome.
If you are a New Member, you can see how far you are in your Sign Up process and what you need to do to complete your Sign Up.
REMEMBER: New Members are always required to bring your ID or Driver’s License (South Africans) or Passports (Foreigners) with you on your first visit. This is simply to check that you are who you say you are, and to verify your age.
Keeping track of what you had in the past is easy with the Share History feature. You can also see what collectively owned cannabis is Top Shelf at your favourite Social Club. Your BudTender can make recommendations directly at the BudBar based on your Share History, too!
Keep up to date with Upcoming Events and Social Club News directly from your Member Profile. You can also check what is happening at sister Social Clubs in the Space Tripping feature.
Our Blog makes it easy for you to learn more about Harm Reduction, the Legal & Policy landscape of cannabis in South Africa, Terps 'n Noids, and other cool dagga information.
As a Member, you can easily review your Member Agreement and Social Club Rules on your Member Profile. You will also be alerted if there are any updates on these documents.
Contact
The Public and Members can easily get in touch directly with KingsLeaf Social Club Systems from the new Contact feature. As a Member, you can access Emergency Contact details directly from your Member Profile.
