Social Club Model

KingsLeaf Social Club Systems support Social Clubs that are private Members Only spaces fully run by Members for Members. All cannabis is collectively owned by Members, and all plants and products are fully tracked and traced from Seed / Clone to Sharing. Social Clubs operate in a closed-loop and therefore do not participate in any diversion into or from illicit or medicinal markets.

Social Clubs using KingsLeaf Social Club Systems completely track and trace collectively owned cannabis from seed / clone to sharing. As a Social Club Member, you can rest assured that you only get the best indoor, greenhouse, outdoor, and greendoor, but never any backdoor.

We don’t tell any lies to get high. Social Clubs are not for healTHCare – there are no medical claims and no misuse of medical access routes.

Social Clubs are run by Members for Members. Social Club Crew Members take care of Members like you when you visit your Social Clubs, from signing in at Reception to sharing at the Bud Bar, from buying refreshments or merch, to hanging out out or heading out.

Members who can’t grow, process, or make delicious cannabis goodies rely on Members who have the time, space, and skills to take care of the hard work for them.

All cannabis is collectively owned by all Members and is shared between Members – one cannot buy or sell what is collectively owned, but collectively owned goods can be shared. Members who cannot grow their own or make their own cannabis goodies collectively compensate Members who can grow and make goodies for their services - time, effort, materials, and skills.

As a Member, you also collectively contribute to the overall running of your Social Club. This includes the services and entertainment you get to enjoy, the general running costs and upkeep of the premises and amenities, and all the things that make your Social Club great! Crew Members are also looked after through Member contributions.

Social Club Events

Social Clubs are for having fun and enjoying quality bud and quality time with buddies. Social Clubs strive to provide safe spaces where Members can enjoy cannabis freely without judgement or risk, as is the Constitutional Right of every adult in South Africa.

Social Club using KingsLeaf Social Club Systems are known for their dope events ranging from chess and gaming tournaments to craft and yoga seshes, from live music and comedy shows to showcasing the best in homegrown talents. Be sure to chat with the good people at your Social Club to learn more about what’s on offer.

#HarmReduction - More Than a Trend

In the true spirit of Social Clubs, your chosen joint practices some good old Harm Reduction.

Not only are those pesky legal and social harms reduced by having a safe, private space to have and use dagga, knowing what comes from where helps to further prevent health harms. As a Member, you are also supported by your Social Club should you have a weed-related run-in with the law or need some support around your use.

Having trusted Members growing plants and making goodies along with good quality control and testing is central to reducing health harms. You can also rely on your Social Club for support if you have an unhealthy time consuming with your Club buds. As a recreational space, your Social Club does not offer health advice and definitely does not make any health claims. If you want to use the herb for medicinal or therapeutic reasons, your Social Club can guide you toward someone.

As judgement free spaces, your Social Club basically removes social harms. All walks of life are welcome. There is no peer pressure to share in the bounty; simply come as you are. Through growing presence, Social Clubs like yours also help people get used to the idea of dagga as an alternative to things like booze.

Good Social Clubs always support their Members. Whether you need to get your head out of the clouds or if folks give you guff for what you puff, we’ll have your back!

Remember, if you have any trouble with law enforcement in any way because of your relationship with dagga, you can call your Social Club for assistance. Be sure to save your Social Club’s contact details when you sign up! This is NOT a get-out-of-jail-free card - how you behave matters.

Signing Up

Signing up is a quick and simple process. To get started, you will need to fill in a form with your personal information and contact details, upload a selfie and a copy of your ID or Driver’s License if you are South African or Passport if you are not. You will also choose a password.

You will need to read and agree to the Social Club Rules and Member Agreement.
